Tai chi chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced for all round health, vitality and self defence. The slow gentle movements of tai chi chuan mean that this martial art can be accessible to anyone who wants to be active and maintain good health.
There are many physical and mental benefits of regularly practicing tai chi chuan which include not only improved balance, flexibility, posture, body awareness, meditation but also a great deal more.

- Community / leisure centre group classes - £30 per hour
- Private classes - £50 per hour or £200 for 5 classes
- Corporate events - £100 per hour (Negotiable)
